Phruby is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age is verified during registration and KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any funds returned in line with applicable rules.
Each player may hold only one active Phruby account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are linked to one person, Phruby reserves the right to close the extras and review any associated transactions.

Phruby does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your e-wallet or banking app for their applicable fees before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP and returned to the same payment method used for your deposit. Before your first withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
Phruby aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times depend on the payment channel and may be affected by verification requirements, public holidays, or the volume of pending requests. All bets placed on Phruby — whether on sports, casino games, or other available categories — are subject to the specific game or event rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. It is your responsibility to review those rules before confirming a wager.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the specific game or betting market rules explicitly allow it. Bets are processed against the odds or game parameters that were active at the time of placement. Phruby is not responsible for outcomes resulting from player error in bet selection.
In the event of a technical fault or data error that affects the outcome of a bet — for example, incorrect odds being displayed due to a system error — Phruby reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This decision will be communicated to affected players.
Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the event as reported by the relevant governing body. In cases where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets may be voided in line with the applicable sport-specific rules.

You may close your Phruby account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and verified withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion.
Phruby may suspend or permanently close an account where there is evidence of violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of suspension pending investigation, Phruby will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
On termination — whether initiated by the player or by Phruby — any outstanding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimately deposited and not subject to any dispute will be returned.
Phruby may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will display a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
